Whitehorse

Dad, you mentioned Whitehorse and Yellowknife. I remember getting ready to go to Dawson City and calling you up and saying, "How soon can you get to Powell River?" You jumped on a plane and beetled out here, we had a couple days here and then went Powell River to Anahim Lake to Smithers to Bell 2 to Bob Quinn Lake to Dease Lake. Then things got interesting. From Dease Lake to Atlin we had to dodge a few thunderstorms and I seem to recall at one point glancing out of the corner of my eye and your face seemed to say, "Are you sure you know what you're doing?" All good into Atlin, managed to track down the fuel truck and then in to Whitehorse. We spent the night in Whitehorse and the next morning I carried on to Dawson and I think you went to Edmonton yes? A whirlwind tour for sure.
