From the Card...
This round barn, constructed in 1907?, by William Holmes, is of the same general designs as the first round barns built by the Shakers in New England. Located on Holmes Road, at Way's Mills, in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. It is now owned and operated by Stanley Holmes, grandson of William.
There are nine round barns remaining in the area - all beautiful and interesting, but some threatened due to needed repair.
